We didn't get to see the actual 'Churn' during high tide, which might have been more impressive for the kiddos. But I still enjoyed the classic, rugged scene of the central Oregon coast, and the beautiful scraggly coastal pine forest.
You can't beat sea-meets-forest for air quality!
There are lots of further little rambles and trails for us to explore here next year, when everyone is feeling a little more cooperative, but I didn't want to torture them this time.
We'll be back!!
